Public domain – Report issues
This is a public web application which allows citizens to report issues with infrastructure on the public domain (e.g. report trash, broken tiles, oil spill on the road, rats, …).
Citizens enter basic contact info, select a category what their report is about, offer a brief description and indicate the location on a map. Optionally, they add an attachment (photo).
In the iTop console (back end), this results in a ticket and is combined with the Maps extension.
Project publication
The city has lots of projects and publishes a status update on the progress and financial data. All this info comes from an iTop environment.
